My friend Shirley has a spinal cord injury at a level of cervical 5 6 which means all the nerves that run from her mid chest down are paralyzed due to injury. I am so proud of her!! She did amazing in her 1st mini zumba session. Feeling the music & everything!!! Loved seeing the look of accomplishment on her face at the end!!! I look forward to seeing her blossom!!!

Come swim with me and my buddy Fuzz. Don't worry, he would never let me drown, he is/was a lifeguard he knows cpr, he'd save me, lol. He's been taking me swimming for 10 years.This is how I go swimming though, if you cannot tell the pillow I am using is one of those half circle blow up ones you use for neck support. I love it, i've eventaken one to Jamaica.
