100 wide grip pullups in (just under) 8:00 performed on April 16. I changed my strategy and began with 20 on my first set and performed 1-3 reps at 15 second intervals. Part of the 100 pullup challenge with REPerformance1's Cory Kennedy.
Performed april 14, 2012 in response to Cory Kennedy of REPerformance1's challenge. I think I can still cut another minute off....ideal goal is under 6 if not under 5.
To celebrate my 44th birthday, along with Cory Kennedy of REPerformance1, we did 440 neutral grip pullups in 56:39. Our goal was to get a good pump. ;)
Improved my time on the 100 rep challenge began by one of my friends Cory Kennedy. First time took me over 12 min. 2nd time I performed it in 10:48. This time in 9:43. After I shared this with Cory, he upped his game and got 9:40. Allegedly. :P
The first guy is performing the proper way to do goblet squats with elbows between the knees. Here though we were challenging one another as to who could go the deepest or ass to floor as it were...
