A patient with a long history of severe back pain; nothing has helped and he's tried everything. ATM2 does it again. Ensure ATM2 is applied by a physical therapist to ensure other procedures might not be needed as well or instead of the ATM2. Be ware of untrained technicians using the device (i.e., massage therapists, other)
