SierraSil samples its new naturally flavoured drink mix to health food retailers at the annual CHFA natural health foods and products exposition at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
We caught up with Olympian Cheryl Bernard who brought home a silver medal at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Games. She was in Victoria for the Curling Classic and talked to us about her Olympic experiences, her new book, how she stays on top of her game and shared tips for anyone aspiring to pursue professional sports.
